 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of your product and the distance from our store to the destination. Occasionally a larger size or special handling may affect the shipping charge. We currently ship all packages with the U.S. Postal Service. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.

Shipping Perishable Items

Perishable products, such as chocolates require ice packs and insulated packaging materials to preserve the freshness and form of the product during shipping. There are no additional fees charged to our customers for the extra packaging. We will not ship perishable food products during extremely hot months. Some perishable products may require expedited shipping.

All perishable food items are carefully packed for safe delivery. Please make sure to refrigerate all perishable products as soon as they are delivered. Also, be sure that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the package on the expected day. Perishable shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at the recipient's address. Tracking numbers can be provided.
