All of our products are made by hand, so our premium chocolate bark is no exception. We temper the desired intensities of chocolate and hand-pour the warm liquid onto large sheets that may contain fruit, nuts, coffee beans, or just leave it as pure chocolate. Our chocolate ninjas then break apart each slab into smaller, bite-sized portions, then weigh and bag them into individual serving sizes.
