Is it really spring here in the Twin Cities? It sure seems like it. Just last weekend it reached a glorious 70 degrees, inspiring scores of Minnesotans to swap wool sweaters for more revealing garments.
Still, this is Minnesota, and we will likely have more snowstorms to deal with, as well as some chilly days. And what's better than a delicious Irish hot chocolate on those days when you need a little luxury to help you relax. Here's our favorite chocolate recipe for this delectable drink.
Our Irish hot chocolate includes salted hot milk chocolate is enhanced with just a touch of Irish liqueur and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
