Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.
Return / Exchange Policy
If you receive your order and you are not completely satisfied, e-mail us for a Return Autorization Number (RA#) or Exchange Authorization Number (EX#) to email@example.com. All return requests must be made within 14 calendar days after the ship date on the package and the return must be postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of RA# or EX#.
Items returned for refund or exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. Exchanges are usually shipped within 2-4 working days. If the mistake was ours, we will credit you for the item plus shipping. If we determine the order was shipped according to your request, you will be credited the item cost less the shipping charges. Shipping charges include the cost of shipping the product back to us, and the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
- All items must be in their original condition, unused, and tags still attached
- All items must be properly packaged to insure safe return of shipment
- Tracking numbers will help insure that your package will not be lost. We will not be held responsible for lost shipments of returned items
- An RA# or EA# form must accompany any return or exchange
- No returns are accepted on closeout or "as is" items
- We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. Include a copy of the form above in your package. Put RA# or EX# on outside of box.
Cancellations can only be accepted if a product has not shipped. A 5% fee may be applied to a cancelled order that has not shipped if your credit card has already been processed through our service provider
All Customs, duties, fees and any other charges corresponding with the shipping and delivery of your order internationally will be billed to you. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States of America and Canada.
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of your product and the distance from our store to the destination. Occasionally a larger size or special handling may affect the shipping charge. Depending upon the circumstances we will ship packages via either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.
Shipping Perishable Items
Perishable products, such as chocolates, cheeses, and meats require additional shipping charges. Additional fees for ice packs and extra packaging materials have been included in the shipping rates for those products. We will not ship select perishable food products during hot summer days. Some perishable products may require expedited shipping.
All perishable food items are carefully packed for safe delivery. Please make sure to refrigerate all perishable products as soon as they are delivered. Also, be sure that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the package on the expected day. Perishable shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at the recipient's address.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Purchaser is responsible for all state sales and use taxes.
