	What's different about our beans? We procure all of our green beans from the Best possible importer. Café Imports beans are superior in quality.  They pride themselves on dealing directly with the growers. They assist the growers in growing the highest quality beans. FRESHNESS IS EVERYTHING We will ship coffee the day that it is roasted, on Monday and it will only be available to ship for 2 days after it is roasted. We want you to have to freshest roasted, highest quality, coffee available anywhere We air roast our coffee.... Correctly air roasting coffee provides a cleaner, less muddy (which comes from burning chaff) cup of coffee. -our beans are dry roasted (oily beans turn rancid quicker than dry beans) -we roast to the first crack -we do not burn or over roast our beans	COMING SOON!
