Our commitment to absolute freshness: We never produce chocolate months ahead of the time you will eat it. Our chocolates and sauce are stored in coolers, at the perfect temperature, for a couple of weeks (if they last that long), not months, before you eat them. These chocolate-making principles translate into exquisite flavor and textures smooth, rich, and aromatic and simply not available anywhere else.
